Reconnect

Reconnection begins with competency. In order to thrive, and to live a life your nervous system still expects, learn:

*Plant identification

*Herbal and natural remedies

*Functional strength and movement

*The benefits of living outside of four walls

Remember

Modern lifestyle is new, but human biology remains ancient. Your body still runs on that ancient software. Sharpen skills that log you back in:

*Foraging healing, edible foods

*Gardening and food production skills

*Survival skills and situational awareness

These aren't "outdoor activities". They are natural human skills.

Restore

There is a peace that comes with living a life aligned with your natural design. Your nervous system calms when your lifestyle makes sense to your DNA. Little changes will bring you back to balance. Find realistic habits and set attainable goals as you relearn what your body already knows.

ABOUT US

This has been a lifelong mission....

I created this page to share practical tips and skills that will help people to live a life more aligned with our natural design, and to become more self-sufficient. Modern life has pulled most of us away from the land, our spirits, our bodies, and the knowledge that humans once relied on to stay healthy and to survive. Through plant identification, gardening, natural remedies, movement, survival skills, and most importantly a focus on spiritual health, I want to teach realistic ways to rebuild the connection that many of us have tragically lost. My goal is to help people feel more steady, more confident, and less dependent on systems and services that do not have our best interests at heart.
